Meet Giselle

Hi, I’m Giselle – the hands behind Char and Crust, also known as Chartutu! My journey with food started in 2022 when I began creating charcuterie boards and sharing dinner videos on TikTok. I loved crafting beautiful spreads and experimenting in the kitchen, and I quickly discovered how much joy came from sharing those creations with others.

Inspired by my mom, who had her own cooking show, my love for homemade food only grew. Eventually, my passion led me to baking, where I found even more creative freedom. From homemade butter to sourdough bread, cupcakes, and desserts, I fell in love with the magic of mixing simple ingredients and turning them into something beautiful and delicious.

Char and Crust is where I share that passion with you. Here, you’ll find recipes, baking tips, and classes designed to help you create with confidence.
